Gerber Mark Ii Serial No 055689 With Bonus Mark I NrRead carefully and entirely ot know what you are bidding onup for auction with no reserve is one gerber mark ii survival knife. Serial number 055689 with the correct pt2 leather sheath. Plus bonsu mark i serial no. 017771the beautiful dark green sheath has some slight dents and one stitch is cut on the back. The blade has one very small pit and a strange apttern that looks like it was originally wrapped in something like plastic saran wrap or moisture barrier paper. See pics. Teh handle is factory perfect with slight thinning on the forward edge of the guard. I thought long and hard about this, but i don't think they should be sold separately. Probably loose some bids. I'm also adding the mark i as a bonus. It's serial no. Is 017771. The sheaths are the same dark green and they look great together. I wouldn't be surprised if they were close in year of birth. In excellent condition with very, very little ptiting along the edge. Also the small rivet on the snap stiffener has been replaced. You've seen all the nwe reissues, anniversary editions, limited editions and of course used gerber mark iis. Well, here's your chance to get a new and unused gerber mark ii fighting knife. I say unused, btu they have been fondled some.
All new, the knives i'm listing have only been factory sharpened and they have never been on a belt. Taken out of the box and put in a drawer or display case.
If they came with the the raw hide ties, they are on and as far as i can tell have never been removed or replaced. If they have any flaws i will try to photograph or describe them. I think it's the best factory made fighting knife ever. I'll again repeat what i said before. Whne you get these knives please don't store them in the sheath!
