Gilman was a navy machinest who made knives shipboard during vietnam. I have ahd several of his and this is the best by far. Blade 1/4 thick, 9 1/4 long, very sharp handle beautiful wood fittings nickel silver guard, nickel pins overall length 13 3/4 condition excellent/unused, shows some light scratches from storage but no use, knife is solid and tight, grading scale poor, good, very-good, fine, very-fine, excellent, mint (i rarely grade anything as mint) we would like payment to be made via paypal, money order or check within 10 days (10 day hold on personal checks).
